Barbie Mariposa Doll Cake
For my little pixie girl's 3rd birthday. All she wanted was fairy this and fairy that so the cake of course had to have wings of some kind, even if they were butterfly Mariposa wings. This was a chocolate mud cake covered in chocolate ganache and covered in marshmallow fondant and finished with plain fondant and buttercream trimmings. The most yummiest tasting cake I think I have made to date. This recipe is a keeper!
!!! Funky Love !!! Anniversary Cake
I love when customers allow me to "do whatever you think". There are always ideas in my head that I want to try out... always, so this gives me the opportunity to put them to the test. This cake was a spongey buttercake with vanilla buttercream and fondant decorations.

HOPPY EASTER EVERYBUNNY! Easter Cookies....
These were made for an Easter get together with friends and the kids loved them... I hope! I know my husband did and had to taste test before the kids got to them.
Upsy Daisy Cake
This cake was SO fun to make. Making anything bright and colourful is sure to put a smile on my face! The figurine was supplied by the customer however one day if I practise REALLY hard, I might be able to knock my own up in an hour or so... maybe??
