I'm not a sweet biscuit person but these vanilla sugar biscuits covered in coloured fondant / pettinice were really to die for. That something sweet but different and doesn't leave you sugar drunk! Perfect for a party 'leaving' gift or keep an eye out soon for my Cookie-pops and Bouquets. Watch this space!

A special cake for a special little boy...... His Mummy made the cake and iced it and Aunty Moo made the animals. I think the kids enjoyed eating them; heads, tails and all! The marshmallow fondant piggies were the favourite MMMMMmmmm, oink!

Made with a beautiful rich but not too rich chocolate cake recipe covered on the outside and in between with chocolate fudge icing and finished with marshmallow fondant icing and decorations. MMmmmm, the way to a man's heart...........
