An Afternoon Tea Wedding Cake

The bride had a lovely idea to have her cake and an afternoon tea table instead of the cake for dessert as there's always plenty of that after a wedding dinner.
The teapot was chocolate mud filled and covered with couveture chocolate ganache and covered in fondant as was the base cake. The doily was supplied by the Bride and was her Nan's. So special !
The cake also went with some matching personalised sugar teacups and saucers and matching and simple cookie pops.

Just a beautiful idea.
The gorgeous professional photo was taken by KELLIE BLINCO PHOTOGRAPHY.

Army Tank Cake

This cake was for my son and was a choc mud cake with fondant. I actually meant to make it Marshmallow Fondant for the kids cakes as they (and I!!) love it however with lots happening the same week, I accidently coloured plain fondant so although the cake looked good, it didn't go down very well with the birthday boy!

Wine Bottle in Gift Box Chocolate Mud Creation

This cake was by far a tricky one. It was a cake where I think everything went the opposite way I wanted it too!
The box was chocolate mud with fondant around and finished with black fondant tissue paper and toasted shredded coconut packaging.
The wine bottle was also choc mud but unfortunately the wine label was paper so wasn't edible. I always try and make every part of the cake edible so I was annoyed that I didn't have an edible ink printer!! Maybe for Christmas :)

Super Mario Bros Cake

SUPER MARIO TO THE RESCUE!! This was for a mad SM fan and all toys were supplied by the customer which made things SUPER easy.
This was a 2 tier choc cake with 4 layers of choc buttercream and surrounded by vanilla buttercream and some fondant and toy decorations. A really fun cake to make!

Tinkabell Treat

Thanks to all the beautiful figurines the customer supplied for this cake, it was an absolute pleasure and dream to put together. With so much to look at and Tinkerbell being the star of the show in an opening flower, I'm sure the birthday girl and her friends loved devouring this treat!
This was a 2 tiered buttercake with rich vanilla buttercream and
decorations.

Sparkle Bear Christening Cake

This was quite a large mud cake with all different shades of blue and a fondant handcrafted lustre bear to complete the cake.

D D D D D Dora Cupcakes !!

These were made using little bought toppers which were also plastic rings which could be worn after. A hit with kids! These were vanilla cupcakes with swirled green and gold icing piled high. Matching cookie pops were also made for this little girls birthday party. The main cake I also made but in a mad rush, forgot to take pictures of it :(

"Oh baby babyyyyy" Baby Shower Cake

This design was taken from an AMAZING cake decorator, Debbie Brown and was a choc mud, ganache and fondant cake with some bright funky girly girl colours to celebrate a new baby girl who's coming into the world very soon.
Congratulations!
